Job Purpose

The project sales is the strategic leader who guides the development of the strategic plan, creates goals and plans for project business in Greater China market area (China, Taiwan and Mongolia). This position is a quota-carrying role with primary responsibility for maximizing project sales. Including assuring the business development plans and profitable partner relationships are in place to meet the territory sales and revenue targets. The responsibility includes:

  • Responsible for developing and leading the implementation of the project business model for Greater China market area.
  • Responsible for actively supporting sales representation acquisition, and capability development of the existing agent sales.
  • Monitors the development of the business with agents vs. targets.
  • Driving new accounts acquisition, development of project sales, and penetrate targeted non-core industry sectors.
  • Collaboration with cross function units to resolve controversial situations.
  • Greater China area sales responsibility assigned by head of APAC and China Country Manager.
  • Compliance with company’s policies.

This role will require frequent travel to the customer and company meeting and industry events.

Impact

  • Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
  • Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s Senior Leadership. Plan approaches and pitches. 
  • Work with team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Setting and Achieving Sales Targets.
  • Forecasting and Reporting.
  • Increasing Market Footprint.
  • Analysing Market Trends and Opportunities.
