• Talent Management Specialist is responsible for overseeing key aspects of talent management within the organization, including training and development, performance management, employee engagement, and reward and recognition programs. This role involves driving some global talent initiatives and ensuring alignment with organizational goals to enhance employee performance, satisfaction, and retention.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in talent management, HR, or related roles, with a strong focus on training, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Skills: Proficiency in HR software and systems, strong project management skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of performance management systems, training methodologies, employee engagement strategies, and reward programs.
• Certifications: Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are advantageous.
